孩子不昼寝,会影响发育、长身高吗?
白天睡太多、醒太迟,导致晚上睡太迟;以是若孩子昼寝时间过长,超过下战书3点半还未起床的话,建议家长适时唤醒。
晚上睡得迟,导致早晨起不来;
早上起得迟,导致下战书入睡迟……
